As yes, the hula hoops that I used for my Olympic themed half-birthday party back in middle school. These are the kind of hoops that are super light—aka super hard to keep up around your hips. Because they aren’t weighted, it takes far more effort from the hooper to keep ‘em spinning. At this point however, these ones do have some water in them, but it’s mainly just because they’ve been ‘stored’ outside in the elements for the last, I don’t know, seven years.
